We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at jaunts.store@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Returns must be sent to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimates
• Jewelry
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Beauty or personal care products
• Perishable goods

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, the quickest option is to return your eligible item (at your expense). Once your return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
